Giclée, commonly pronounced "zhee-clay," is an invented term for the process of making fine art prints from a digital source using ink-jet printing.
What it means to you
You bring us your original art, regardless of media, and we will create a faithful reproduction up to 40" wide of any length.
We create a digital version of your original, either by scanning or photographing. We color correct and print multiple test prints to ensure exact color reproduction. A proof is printed for your approval and final prints are made. A copy of the digital file is retained so that you may order more prints which are exactly the same. These prints are of the highest quality. Do not be fooled by the term inkjet. Our state of the art printers are as far away as can be from a computer inket printer. We use the finest archival inks in eight seperate colors and corresponding papers to create a reproduction that is as close as possible to the original. We use state of the art printers from Epson. Most of the time, even the artist cannot tell his or her piece from the reproduction.
We offer Giclée prints on premium water-resistant canvas and fine art textured paper.
